Why not just use youtube, its full of resources and for free over that. If your looking for modeling type "modeling in blender", "texturing in photoshop" "uving in 3dsmax" etc, etc, etc.
somehow i think that what will save the industry will be those "quick" games , flash ones etc, like motherload, etc, they load pretty quick dont require instalation, etc...
in my experience, the main three are: placing objects placing object generators (spawn points, sfx etc) drawing splines for AI (enemy paths, racing lines etc etc)
I find that when I'm making larger assets that require masks for things like edge wear etc., if the asset is big the masks tend to be low res depending on the size. Is there a way to get better resolution masks? What is the workflow for texturing big meshes that require tiling textures, some edge wear or other masks like…
You might have seen something like this today. Oopsie! We had a little mistake from our domain registrar this morning, they didn't auto-renew LIKE WE ASKED THEM TO.
