box -> convert to poly -> select all faces -> flip faces or box -> normal modifier -> convert to poly

Simple enough : Select your high poly then do modify >convert > smooth mesh preview to polygons.

put a push modifier on that sucker..give him some girth...he looks way to skinny in the limbs

Pretty confident you'd need to modify the editor code. its doable, you just need to know c++

in max the projection modifier might work for you - it's flaky though. in maya it's very easy using transfer attributes
