@BagelHero that tutorial was spot on, and those guys did a great job. Blender has improved a lot since I last used it, and good to see some quality tutorials to go along with.

Very thankful for your offer to help. I found a few tutorials that explain how to create car shaders in another game engine. I'll attempt to replicate the said tutorials in Unity.
Thanks to all! NIKOLAPAVIC For modelind used only 3ds max. Now, in a free time, we are working on a Tutorial. We plan to soon finish it. This Tutorial will answer all of your questions))
Dude thanks for the awesome tutorial, it really cleared up how to go about creating text for me and thank you for the grate tutorial as well. Cant wait to see more updates.
Just want to let you know that buying tutorials is completely optional, theres countless free resources out there. Only buy tutorials if you're expecting to learn something specific out of it.

"back in the day" this was the defacto tutorial everyone shared on polycount for texturing PSG Art Tutorial. It's all about concepting/illustration but those fundamentals apply to the old school, hand painted style.
I would also recommend heading over to 3d motive and eat 3d if you have the money for there tutorials, and you can learn a lot of basic and advanced techniques from their tutorials.
Thanks everyone! I had just finished BlenderGuru's famous doughnut tutorial. Now I'm going to tackle modeling, sculpting and retopologizing. Then I'll probably follow along with more tutorials
