3D modeling car- Beginner :)
Hello! I'm new to the platform! I wanted to know what tips could give me to model a car in Maya, I saw in some posts that said where you can start, or what tools to use, etc. Thank you. :) -
iPod car stereo adapters?
Lookin for a good car stereo adapter for the iPod. Last time I researched them, I got generally negative results. I don't want an FM tuner, just want to play MP3s through the stereo. Anyone have any recommendations? -
way too ornate teapot

da da da da-da, i'm lovin it~ it frustrating as all hell, just like any GTA game should be! I'm already liking the psp controls, only possible gripe would initially figuring out doing drive-bys in cars, feels a little odd at first.. driving the black mafia car is just as much fun as it was in gta3! and motorcycles work… -
Best way to triangulate?
Hello all, I'm wondering how I should triangulate these edges. In particular the domed area. Should I be trying to keep a flow going around or try to get it symmetrical? Also, is it a good idea to handle cylinders in this way i.e. all faces from top left to bottom right, not zig-zagging? Any help would be much appreciated… -
How to approach modeling game asset you have no measurements for ?
As far as I heard game assets should be close to their real world scale but what if, the object I would like to make a model of, doesn't have any measurements in internet left ? Like pre-war tank prototypes or vintage furniture. -

I think the main challenge that I've found about this aspect is that their perception of what is needed by a studio for a junior level artist is way too fluid. Like even in the airborne studios example, that first artist is way more skilled than the second, but they are both juniors as far as the company is concerned. And… -
