How much of a background do you have in traditional art and working with digital painting (wacom tablet + photoshop)? Your best bet would be a larger company, lots of times for smaller studios, concept artists also have to do other things like texture work. There was a "launch special" for Madden on Spike TV last night. Pretty neat. Still, I was surprised to see Gamestop doing a midnight release for a football game. :D I like sports, but I haven't seen too many "new features" in football games since it's unfortunately cornered by EA.
