I've read that it obviously doesn't contain all the functionality of normal MODO and can only output limited .fbx files that are only licensed for use in the Steam Workshop. So that's understandable, but a shame.
You might want to look at gun emplacements like a flak18 for how the base of them works. You're gun could use something that attaches to the boat better and looks more functional.
Love your silhouette and design. Agree with pixelpatron that you might have some functionally issues but really love the shapes so I'm suppressing it. Don't know how to sub but loving this!
Excuse my mistake...I am talking about the noise function, under the surface subpalette. I am no longer able to do any kind of surface noise generation or previewing!
Is Ninja your work? Is there a flatten Option in Ninja UV? Trying HeadUs, it has a nice flatten function, but i have this ugly cut in the middle of the handle, dont know how to fix this.
Appreciate the help, seems the functionality is slightly different, I found an option to select by color which picked up the UV layer lines that were in the layer and let me stroke the selection.
Thanks vig! But that didnt help much :( i dont have any flipped faces now but still it try to wrap the uvs around.Strange!!! Thanks always nice to learn new functions :)
It's probably just using functions from the ProOptimizer modifier (the version of PolyCruncher that was built in starting with 2010) to create the lowpoly, that'd explain why it doesn't like older copies of max for that step.
Jackablade - Haha, little pointy nubs can be cool too! Thank for you pointing that out, I'd love the functionality to look semi-believable. Is a twist axis a helix shape like this?
It's about speaking with your wallet. Remove features or limit functionality? That's alright, as customers we can protest by going with another company.... and it's the only real type of protest that companies' will take notice to.
