Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone knew of a online music store or one around seattle (I know there's a bunch of seattle people on the boards) that have rent-to-own/financing plans on their instruments? I've been looking but I keep coming up with the big stores like guitar center or musician's friend... and you can only…

@CheeseOnToast tried Retopoflow 3 beta and wasn't impressed at all. Plus it's nearly $100. A combination of Speedretopo and RetopoMT(purely for the contours feature) seems the best solution, and both free. Topogun 3 beta is supposedly out now, but trying to find information on it is like blood from a stone.
can someone please explain to me something? I got my body back and well.. apparently I can change into a spirit with soldiers and hero spirit stones.. whats the difference between the two and whats the point of actually becoming a spirit ? EDIT ohh DUUUH nvm lol =.=
I like it! Do you have it a screenshot of it in studio lighting? I think right now it's mostly tweaking the look of the materials and getting some glow on the hammer stone for the beauty shot. If it's in more neutral lighting, that might help us diagnose what sort of contrast the model will need.
Looking good, love the design. Materials need work. You're wood looks absolutely flat, if its polished wood you're going for (looks like it) a little more spec would be good. Can rarely see specular or gloss on your metals, looks like stone a bit.
Hey, PixelSuit. I'm using Photoshop. I can model decent with Maya and I'm currently learning Zbrush. I was learning to make it from a tutorial. http://www.tutorial9.net/tutorials/photoshop-tutorials/create-fantastic-stone-textures-in-photoshop/ I will do a final attempt with it this week.
Hey @jaker3278! Progress is being made :) This is the bake for my stone with a flat white material on it, so I'll be texturing that properly later. I'm just working on my next video quick and then I'll be blocking out some grass tests! I'm really excited to do the grass :D
Hey just testing out some brick work, this isn't 100% complete theres alot to be ironed out, please give feedback thanks :D i think at the minute the stone is too big? and needs some TLC on the texturing side of things... what u guys think? :)
the blade is coming along nicely, but what kind of material is the yellow stuff? find out what defines this material you are after and you should see what needs to be done.right now it feels like some yellow stone. same with the crystal, whats that? red rubber with wear on the edges?
