pro booleans for max 8 subscription is out

Thanks for suggestions guys. Somebody turned me on to a program called BeyondCompare which fits my needs almost perfectly. It's not a real version control, but basically automates identifying changes between folders and then can merge items as well. So for just backing up maya files mainly this is good for me. -

Have you got a link to something you want to make? Are you talking about cartoony style or are you talking about items just being destroyed and not aligned how they should be. Always make the parts separate and than attach them later. Don't try and make it all in one piece. -

Hi, I just released my new Plug-In "Configurator Reloaded". As it was possible with the Adobe Configurator now it's also possible with newer Photoshop versions to create your own panels. i don't know if thats a specific style you want to achieve, but i think your texures need more contrast. the gradient you have on the books, that goes lighter towards the center, makes them look like they're glowing. worn out items are more frayed towards the edges. -

I've rescued lots of data with this. It's been working great for about 2 years now. (I have the USB 2 version.) -

I'm thinking of using astrology signs for items and textures in the room..any idea's on that would be great too :) The dome itself: Thinking of adding rough stonewalls and wooden support beams. Gonna experiment with plants growing up from that circle on the ground. -

These are some of the first keys I change myself as well, I need something like 1,2,3,4 for Vertex, Edge, Polygon, Item selection mode, and QWE for translate, rotate, scale. Don't like Mayas default setup at all. But haven't used Maya for years now, only used it on location not at home. -

What about something like this for fps use normally. A gameboard. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826169019&Tpk=n52 Plug that into the usb and reprogram the keys to work with normal PS shortcuts. I know its still a peripheral you have to cart, but its more portable than a keyboard. -

rumblesushi: Maybe check out the unity website and see if they've got any performance optimization tips? Seriously though, I've done some work on I guess 2 Unity games now (just a character, a car and some minor items), but have zero knowledge of the performance characteristics of the engine.
