As an update to my level kit, I have started to work on lighting for the room. I created some props for electricals, but it's my first time working with lighting in Unreal Engine, so any feedback around that would be super helpful as well as any other.
I didn't recall seeing a modifier named Edit Mesh in Blender and couldn't find it in the list. A web search turned up an addon creating something named like that. It's definitively not a native feature, so maybe it's broken in newer versions or is just severely limited due being just an extension.
