Seamless Texture Set - Crits Needed
Hello, i have been working on creating a set of 6 textures, 3 SI Fi and 3 Fantasy/medieval these are the first seamless textures i have created so i would be grateful for critiques and feedback -

Day 6. Total - 8.30 hrs spent. Made final version of the face. Eye lashes, eye brows and new hairs are done. Also I put basic colors and materials. Moving forward! Will be done soon. -

I like Last of Us, and Rainbow 6 Patriots. Those are the ones I am looking forward to the most. Fortnight does look interesting, but I will have to get more info on it before I make a decision. -

Have you tried to set time of day to around 6-8 pm? Adding fog would be a good idea. I will try to mess around with particle tomorrow. I will let you know how that go. -

@Blitzwood: I used to have the that exact same schedule! And to be completely honest, being on that schedule was easily the most productive I've ever been! Going to bed at like 6 or 7am every night was definitely brutal though. -

http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/MaterialExamples.html#Environment_Maps Scroll down a little under environment maps. It shows you how to combine the 6 into 1 cubemap. Pay attention to the orientation of the images, udk does it differently then other programs. -
