Making glass reflect like glass

I know this is an age old situation all over the forums but I have a question some light forum searching didn't seem to answer. I'm applying a reflection to a glass surface using a cube map but the reflection seems a bit intense for me. Glass doesn't have the same range of color and intensity that a mirror has; it seems to reflect the light source alone.

What's the best way to properly set this up? I exported them and adjusted the levels of the six images in photoshop but can't figure out how to properly reimport them so they fit into the cube map material. Any ideas?
