Depends on your definition of 'wondrous' I suppose - 6' 8" drag queens that look like Dennis Rodman could inspire wonder in some visitors to our fine city, I guess....
The Geopoly button in the Ribbon will create shapes based on the number of edges available. For example, a face with 6 edges will become a hexagon, 8 > octagon, and so forth. Not exactly what you are asking for, but it's similar.
Did some more testing and figured it out. Substance by default uses 16 bit to display the normal map. I was exporting at 8. Exporting a 16 bit png fixed the noise issue.

How many bits per channel is your normal image? 8? 16? TGA or TIFF? The artifacts you see are because there is not enough information to smoothly display the almost flat areas perfectly.
Hugh, The project took about 8 months. Cap Hotkill, you talking about the design or the workmanship? I'd love a detailed analysis and/or crit if you're willing; it's the best way to enact improvement.
Small thing but I would add the extra geo to get the curve of the blade. You have 8 sided holes for the blade but only 3 divisions on the curve. The texture is looking very nice.
