I think the better question is, what the hell do you even get in advertising for 200 million? I know advertising isn't exactly cheap, but come an man. The average cost of an ad in super bowl 2015 is/was 4,5 million dollars.

Yeah I think I'll bump it up to 4.5-5k and show LODs in the portfolio, label it as game cinematic, and then the other LODs. The chain itself is 1.2k, the rest is 2.4k.

YEP! Lightmap generation is coming in 4.5 and it's awesome! Internally we've been using it without problems. It's great to be able to crank out modular variants and not have to recreate lightmap UVs.
