Totally agree with above posts about getting a used one. I got mine off of ebay when I first started out and still use it. It's the first generation Intuos without any hotkeys but it still works on my new Windows 7 machine.....I should probably upgrade... :)
I had a gen1 SSD when it was 32gb XD. Died after 2 years, can still read but all the write sectors are done. Got a Samsung SSD now and its perfect and takes something like 7 years and writing about 2gb a day to get the SSD to the point of no return.
I'd think the whole thing pretty limited, to be honest I'm over due to get a new computer it's about 6-7 years old :/ but thank I'l for the help try using the collapse short edges when I'm sculpting hopefully it will help and start to learn zbrush better thanks again
Umm... Use multiple subtools. Say. 1. Body + limbs 2. Head 3. Shirt on top of the body (1) 4. Arm wraps on top of the arms (1) 5. Leg wraps on top of the legs (1) 6. Hands/Claws 7. Pants on top of the lower body (1) etc.

There are 64bit drivers.... My brother uses the PS3 controller on his Windows 7 64bit. I will ask him about it tomorrow. But from what I remember it was simple to set up. Just run the exe for the drivers. Then windows sees it as a standard controller. You can also use six-axis.
Awesome thread! I listen to these two pretty frequently. Beethoven, Symphony No 7, Movement II (The Fall used this one as their theme song) [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdfNTO_o-3k[/ame] and Chopin, Nocturne in C# Minor. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHex-NcqX6c[/ame]
the filtering looks in my opinion to complicated make it easier (not more than 7 options to click) the " perfect place to find 3d tutorials" would be a place where one person or a group of persons have made a "standard" for their tutorials and also they would make their own tutorials. like the guys on…
