You're absolutely right! the head doesn't match with the body energy. I should start learning proper rigging-animation and try to give it the charisma it deserves, maybe for the next project! Haha awesome! I always loved the suspensor technology in the Dune universe, typically used for moving cargo and other heavy objects. It fits Baron Harkonnen perfectly and illustrates just how grotesquely overweight he is. The head anatomy doesn't read 'overly obese', if I were to fix one thing it'd be that.
I wouldn't go back to the way max snapped in 2010 and lower, if you held a gun to my head. It was barely useable before the revamp, but now it works a lot more like Maya and other popular 3D apps. It's a lot more accurate and the snap highlight in the center of the gizmo is well worth the upgrade.
I think it's a pretty good head piece for him cagdasx44, I'd work more on the actual fabric texture, put some wrinkles and whatnot. Probably remove the blood splatter all together. The added noise just makes it harder to read and lack of wrinkles, etc... make it hard to tell it's fabric (/leahter)
