just finished this, my 2nd vray project pretty happy with it overall, learned a whole lot about post production and the render elements output. gonna go back and re process my forest holiday scene now. -

Try it yourself and find out , but yes those will work for baking. Depends what this ultimately is for, those UVs can certainly be improved to have much more texel density by stacking/overlapping certain repeated elements to save on precious space. -

FWIW, the PathDeform in 2021.3 has had the core completely rewritten and has additional enhancements. So it's multiple times faster and it supports Preserve Form with a new option of by element. -
