Looks good. One crit though; I wouldn't model in the middle screw on the PSO's elevation and windage adjusters in the lowpoly; the normal map should take care of that.
You can also load the 16bit normal map in to TB2 directly, just be sure to save as PSD as 16 bit tiffs are not supported (they will only load as 8bit).
Yo render awesome updates!!, can you output your uv's in textools to vectors / paths? Would be a really awesome feature used to use it in PSD PathUnwrapper.
you have to keep in mind at which size it is in game and on which plattforms it will run, it has to work on ps3 and xbox 360, which are notoriously low on texture memory ^^
