Well . People in gamedev used crazybump a lot too till jobs rivalry and new visual standards for realistic graphics gradually weeded it out . I still do same in Zbrush although when an image resembles height/ depth info.
I don't know bro, but 3090 have a nice 24gb vram, for purely gaming purpose, the 4070 super should be considered, but for gamedev the extra amount of vram is always welcome.
I'am a 3D Artist trying to learn game development. I will be starting with Unity and C#. My question is : What advice you would give to yourself if you were re:learning gamedev. What is a good practice?(and bad?) What 'terms' that were most usefull to learn? What are the best resources out there?
