Hi! What does the highpoly look like? I would ensure that it is shaded properly too. The facetted appearance (assuming you mean this aspect) can also be a result of a mesh with lowpoly silhouette is remeshed at a high density. In that case it has to be reworked. A more non-destructive way would be sub-div modeling.
I've realized that you really shouldn't rely on Baking for Hand-painted stuff because this model looked really good compared to the previous hand-painted models that I've made.model
