How to reproduce the fine details of the environnement
I can expect that rough asphalt like in the image would need to be sculpted in Zbrush, but should fine cobblestones, tiled floors and fine joints in masonry like in the next image be sculpted or can they be reproduced with textures?
(1) Reproduce with textures.
(2) Sculpt with Zbrush, etc.
(3) Sculpt with Zbrush, etc. and bake to low-poly like a game model.
There are three ways to do it, the above three, and I think I would use textures to reproduce it, but what about in real work?
Incidentally, it is intended for game cinematics and films.

and at 0:27 you can see it's some geometry ( a flattened cylinder/tube ) and so the rest is some texture.. but maybe there is not even some bump needed here (?)
