In Substance Painter (last version 2.4.1) the "Match by name" baking seem to be broken. Run fine in Substance Designer. (It may be already written above in the thread)
We found the problem when talking in PM, so I'm pasting the solution for everyone. The problem was because designer was able to load the PBR shader, but for some reason the GPU switched to the integrated chipset of the laptop and therefor Designer was not able to load the shader and crashed. We have a check for this case…
We got multiple reports of this startup crash, we are currently investigating the issue. It seems that Substance Designer 5.2.5 is working fine, so you can try installing this version meanwhile.
I'm still receiving a crash when Substance Designer opens a new or existing project. Version : 5.3.3 Build: 16905 Only way around this is to do into the regedit and delete the view3d folder.

We thought about that, but don't have any specific design for it for the moment and therefor no plan to add this feature for the moment. I will need more details in order to understand your issue : mesh setup, brush setup, and so on.

Don't know if it's been said before, but customizing navigation controls. I've been doing a fair bit of work in Designer and Unreal 4's material editor and i have a moment of confusing every time i swap between the two haha.
