If you open the "Initialize" pallete then click Unify it will scale the mesh down to an appropriate size in ZBrush Alternatively just shrink your model to 1% of the size when you export it from 3DS Max, then when you reimport it, scale it by 10000% to get it back to the right size

I exported the animation as a DAE_FBX and it seems to work fine in unity, but in Maya, it removes all controllers. Would this be an effective alternative export for use in a Unity-made game?
