More fun with zbrush. Its's a bit stylized, but it serves two purposes for me. One of which is my next project, that has the same proportions and is a bit sylized as well. Cheers, and I hope you enjoy.
love this thread.I been playing round with different ways of quickly making variations from the same concept in zbrush. happy to share my workflow if anyone is interested. here is set i did last night.
I got inspired by Adam Fisher's bust from last week, so I decided to try my own: Rendered in ZBrush, comped in Photoshop. link to entire album: http://imgur.com/a/nkpB8#0
Watching the incredible art from Blur on the swtor cinematics, I asked myself if I had the skills to make a similar character at least 30% as good as theirs. A few Zbrush blockouts of an alternative version of Darth Malgus
Thanks, Your paladin looking pretty cool too. I hope we get to do this again next weekend. I learned to use masking, alphas, mesh inserts, and many mysteries of the Zbrush UI this weekend.
WIP based on http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2010/295/a/f/commissh___alatariel_by_kasai-d31b6b1.jpg. Everything has been made in ZBrush so far. A few of the straps are from the IMM posted here by Cxyda.
Calling this highpoly just about done, not sure whether to add dents and dings in zbrush might be too much. Concept from Matt Tkocz Feedback always welcome, may start its own thread soon
I am not amazing like some guys on here but here some 2D stuff which i am currently turning into 3D, as part of my Zbrush Practice. Crits welcome. :) PS....You guys awsome!
Trying my clammy hands on semi-stylized low poly modeling and hand painted texturing. Am I doing it right? I'm using ZBrush by the way. Planning to move to Photoshop once I block things in.
