Millions of people paid 25$ for a WoW mount... So why not 17$? People will buy it... Gotta have the digital gear. Grats once again to those who got in! I still have fingers crossed that I could get into the next batch.:)
Thanks pangarang. I'll practice a lot more with shading. I did some shading on a few of these sketches but it's hard to see digitally. I'll have to darken in more. I'll also try to avoid contour lines. It's a bad habit that's hard to break haha.
Hey Kevin, I really like the layout of your website, especially the "Love" tab with digital, pencil, pen and ink, and 3d. It was nice to see your old stuff too, you don't see that too often from people already in the industry.
I do it too sometimes, it can be a very nice base. Because of my architecture background I'm pretty comfortable making small non-digital maquettes of what I'm making too. Just using styrofoam to pump out some variations.
Film never fully exorsized it's theatre roots. Interactive digital immersion will never exorsize games. The problem is the "video game" and that the majority of the best minds of artists and programmers are happier then a fungal crab inside the rotting corpse of a beached whale with their immature dork profession.
www.jessydelannoit.com Hi, I'm looking for critic on my portfolio, but more specifically on the work I display (f.e. i'm unsure of displaying my unfinished work on it). I'm also looking for an internship position (i'm following a game development university course in Belgium named Digital Arts & Entertainment). Thanks

I have just started learning to make items for DOTA2 and would appreciate any feedback. I am very new to 3d modelling (Maya) and only recently started using Photoshop, but have been an non digital artist my whole life. One Man Army Set :
A friend of mine who makes digital music asked me to make a business card for him. The only stipulation he had was to have a drawing of him that matched a picture he gave me. I'm still roughing it out, so any feedback is appreciated! Here's the picture and some of the rough drafts:
Hey guys, i know this forum is primarily digital 2d/3d but i know there are some traditional animators as well. I've been asked to teach a summer traditional animation camp to kids aged 9-12 and I'm in need of some cheap or easily constructable light tables (and if possible cheap pegbars aswell)
