I never thought I would say this...but...Blender. Blender 2.5+ is fantastic. And this is from someone who hated Blender 2.4 and earlier. If your end goal is to get a job in the industry, stick with Max or Maya.
First book (Metro 2033) is great. Second book (Metro 2034) is slightly boring. Hope the game follows it's own story and not the story of the book. From some clues I fear it follows the storyline of the book.

I was wondering if anyone knows if I could record a video in my Unity scene in a high quality than the amount of pixels on my monitor?? Also, how do I know if my quicktime is H.264 or not?
im using an acer 233 hbd its cheap and does the job (although TN it doesnt fuckup the colors when viewed from the side) (a 1024² texture doent fit on a 19" 1280x1024 too)
