haha yeah, could it be because some people that speak Spanish speak it like they're on speed? oh and what i meant was that, it'll give me a head start on Rosetta Stone. lol
great texture work, although, i'm not sure if something like that would stop at a tilt like that, i think most stone structures are either straight up, or completely destroyed. However, there are exceptions:
ffs. fall for it every fucking year. clear a weekend, get all hyped up. delayed. honestly, surely the brief was set in stone over a month ago? can't they release the theme? why?
very nice! i lkke the pastel look he has. some of the metal looks a bit stone like and maybe sharper highlights or making it look kinda more 'reflecty' would help it.
ohh so i guess they are trying to make it more like max then.. how are the polytools? i hear they actually have ring selct now, glad they are trying to get out of the stone age.
Do you have 2 monitors or at least a secondary screen, say a laptop? If you have already done this then nvm but I suggest trying to have the vid on the background while you're following along. Don't just watch it like its a movie, have it on while you're doing it. You can pause to catch up or rewind if he did something too…
Last time I ran performance tests on nodes flipping the green through a RGB Curves node was slightly faster than separating and recombining. It was a negligible difference, but not something an expert in crashing Blender like me should overlook, haha. I used to store all nodes groups in the startup too, but it can be…
I think it's the remains of an old lamppost. Probably. Whatever it is, I found it behind the stone wall on Penny Lane, and thought it would make an interesting environmental piece. The texture is generated from photographs of the actual object. Still WIP, so C&C welcome!
Im not sure how to view the different textureso n things. A lot of things seem to share the same materials but then the materials looks like stone on both but one has moss? im so lost!
