Thanks for the reply. 1. What use cases would I use creasing for over the other 2 options? It seems to be used for keep certain edges sharp and hard. but by that logic wouldn't it only apply to weapons or props with blades or something sharp? In the reference below, the artist mentioned the high poly is a mix of subD and…

If you're only worrying about the high poly at the moment, I think it's quite good! Maybe try to add a few big sharp bevels and not only sharp 90 degree corners. Also use some real life photos as reference! Using ortographic images will help you for the proportions but it won't help you too much in the longer run, imo. One…
Hello, everyone! I wasn't completely sure where to ask, but I have started to struggle with the topology part, specially in this knife. I'm looking for a small, four person team to help me design a survival game that is within my limits. This survival game would give players 2 real-life hours to collect, survive, and upgrade their tools and armor, before a final death match showdown. I'm looking for: * A modeler and a texturer. This can be the same person…

Since these mesh pieces are the same i want them to share uv space on the final uv map. What is the workflow to do that? Probably I can't do it in Zbrush, then maybe…

I made the basic model on maya but I have no experience with animation and texturing (I was learning zbrush until now) and my time is short to finalize this set in time. I will split all profits with all involved in…
