How about that you use the lightmap density viewmode that displays the texels on your screen. That way you can see how sharp it is. -

You are on the way. Do some cuts on edges with sharp angles, and use the legacy Unfold to relax the critical parts of your UV shell. -

The remove short edges setting appears to be buggy for now, leave it off. Throw out the seams/sharp edges, see if that does anything. -

I don't like the 256² one, because the stoneground looks so blurry... so I'd stay with the 512, it's nice and sharp and detailed. -

It's not bad for a first blaster it's pretty good. But as the person above said the edges are too sharp. a wireframe and a darker background render would be nice. -
