W is probably a crazy-high number. Select all verts, change the W spinner to 0, should solve it. -

Yup, these things get dang gone big and gets even bigger when you try to make a solo game, idk how people do it, perhaps they do not care to redo things at a point. Congrats on sticking to this, neat to see it come together, you have revived the gina. -

Solved it by baking in Marmoset Toolbag.. Don't know what causes this, if anyone knows I'm still interested. Is it just a known SP bug ? -

Problem solved. My low poly geometry was too far from HP shape. That's why those artifatcs occured. -

Renaming the "3dsmax.ini" in "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2010 - 64bit\enu" solved the problem somehow :) -

try making your low poly transparent, I had this issue too, I think that's how I solved it.
