I like this a lot. Personally, I don't think the vines are doing much for you. They're a weird element that I can't put together in my head. Maybe more of a slaughterhouse vibe? Meat hooks hanging around, chains, etc? And yes, the statues are pretty dark. And they're such a cool element it's a shame to lose them.
Thanks for the feedback! I’ve been pondering on this. Now I don’t want to go full-on anime and would rather stick to something more naturalistic, but I think you are right. I talked about it with friends and we compared the render with the model in the viewport, one of them noted that the iris might be too big while not…
We’re in search of an experienced (Environment) Concept Artist who can bring our vision of a cozy, stylized, and toony settlement set in a valley-mountain scenery to life. The project we are developing is a hybrid (stylized) city builder set in the Viking ages. We will provide references and screenshots to closely align…

Looking good, but I have a suggestion, and you're gonna hate me for saying it after you're pretty much done. I'm not sure if the jacket looks a little too 'blazer' like. Bike jackets are usually shorter and are either 'collarless' or have the double breasted kinda vibe. Here's what I mean by blazer: And a biker style…
I'd go with what Alex3d is saying. It's simple, faster and efficient. The way to modular this so the pattern is broken up is using a object world position node (if your putting this into UDK) that is LERP-ed with a random noise mask, creating different noise variations and tints based on the world space. Could also do this…
Someone tried to steal my bike infront of me with like 4 other buddies outside of work during the summer. I was coming down the stairs and he was jiggling it, so I yelled at him and he didn't notice, so I walked up quick and shoved him back and was like WTF are you doing? He's like oh nothing, that's a nice bike. I was…
@JoshexDirad If you are using prerendered and realtime graphics and the normals aren't properly aligned for one renderer, can't you use something like Handplane or an equivalent to create a matching set of normal maps for each if the baking renderer can't do that? The textures for the prerendered stuff don't need to ship,…
Loving it so far! Much steeper learning curve than I expected. I thought it might be a dumbed down fighting system but its quite deep and requires some homework before jumping in and button mashing. I did find it a little frustrating to start with but once you understand it a little more its loads of fun! If you're…
