Add both textures as you would normally do then go to Windows > Relationship Editors > UV Linking > Texture Centric (or UV centric) then you can just make sure each texture is connected to the right UV set. you could probably add a UV selector node on top of the texture node.. not sure I got the names right but you should… -

It's been a bit slow going trying to find free time but I've managed to make some progress. She's turning into some kind of space rogue, maybe an awesome krull-like laser sword pistol would fit in. I'm still trying to flesh out her niknaks... Not sure how to feel about it all yet. -

wow dude your work is awesome. Just like joeriv said the light beam could fade out, it looks light a laser beam now. The rain could use some love aswell. It's there but it looks kind of odd. Maybe higher up the opacity and add some more white to spice up the contrast a bit with the sky. -
