At this point in time the Meta-Critic score is up at 95! That puts it right in there with some big name games! Its based on quite a few reviews. I'm sure it balance out and final at a little less but things look encouraging for an awesome game. http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/xbox360/reddeadredemption
Honestly, if you are looking for a job I would suggest removing about 95% of the stuff youhave on your site, anime and furries will get your stuff thrown in the trash. You have some skills but you will need to show alot more then animals with people bodies on your resume and reels.
Basically try using your site in Lynx/w3m, if that works it's "accessible". The only online check you should really worry about is the W3C HTML validator. Anything that runs through that thing without errors or warnings already fulfills 95% of the rules out there. For the rest, adhere to these fundamental rules.
I'm not too hip on massive customization after seeing the end results. Look at Secondlife or LBP, %95 of the user creative content is ugly as sin therefore making your product look bad. I even think Aion was a little too loose with it's character customization:
Here are some test bakes on the low poly model. the alien retopology is around 95% done including the armor, just doing some test bakes now :) (new to marmoset so if anyone has tips on getting awesome bakes just let me know!)
???????? wow one thing. That makes it only 95% character focused heheh :P And that was an event, I am talking less grandiose then that one was. That sucker drug out for what seemed forever. Give me 4 challenges in the place of one giant one any day.
Well, I end up using cylindrical, and auto mapping about 95% of the time. MoP's method is really great. I just don't trust that crazy relax UVs tool. Just get used to lining up the interactive manipulator to move the projection into place.
For those of you still interested in Megatexturing, here's an interview featuring two of our programmers and a bunch of nice screenshots from ETQW's Megatexturing system. It covers a lot of the more technical benefits and issues of using Megatexturing. Quite an interesting read, I thought!…
Hey guys, I feel I've got this to a point where I can finally get some feedback on it. I feel as though apart from adding more finer details, that I'm 95~% finished with this. I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to seeing any feedback or critique.
some more updates... taking longer than expected. This is mostly the defiant city hub in rift call meridian. Build 95% of whats there, minus some crates. this is ingame screenshot, i have to admit, it isnt marmoset or crytek:(.We used the gamebryo engine. crits are welcome! only made the door
