Not really. That's a weird shot. I have it too in my reference folder but it's not working with the rest of them. Weird lens or something. I used this pack of images to sculpt her since they're all taken with the same camera and easier to make the proportions.
Thanks for all the comments guys and the refs SaferDan saved them all to my reference folder :poly124: I'm calling this model done although im not 100% happy with it, as suggested its now a Shell branded one to match the gas pump
yeah, who could forget themagicpen? i just found those links while cleaning out my bookmarks folder. http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~polycount/ubb/Forum1/HTML/008391.html?00032 http://www.gfxartist.com/community/forum/28639
Was looking for a topic like this. I didn't know who he was until I saw the things he had made. Alot of which i have in my inspiration folder. I love the victory gals collection. Sad day indeed
I've got home and tested it myself, seem pretty easy to set up, you just copy the code from the example page and as long as everything is in the right folders you're set. Anyway let us know of any updates! :D
Ouch! How do people operate like this? I do 4 folders for masks, diffuse, spec , and normal colored for easy of reading when uncolapsed and then use subfolders as well. For speed I have names and colors hotkeyed on my g15.
Hey Styles, great work and make sure you stick around and keep sharing, as I want to add more of your work to my inspiration folder. Really dig the lizard guy in your work, the one with the crab necklace. Spark
Some smaller studies of various images in my reference-folder. My workflow is in a big need of change as I've realized a lot of my work-process is just me noodling for hours on end, blending back and forth. These are part of the steps taken to change that.
Looks fantastic. Adding to inspiration folder. I'm trying to sculpt hair like that right now but it's a challenge--using Sculptris so don't have a lot of super fancy tools. If you have any brushes or tutorials to recommend I'd appreciate it. Cheers.
I somehow figured out that I have to duplicate my model material folder into sourcefilmmaker's dota path in order for it to load my textures. However its shader used is Wireframe_DX9 and not in CustomHero_DX9. However viewing it ingame is still same checkered textures..
