Yeah, and lights reacting realistically in your engine doesn't stop you from going stylized, sci fi, grungy, etc. Look at pixar. -

I'm really loving this. I'm not sure if the hair matches the setting, though. It looks cool, but appears to be more sci-fi than post-apocalyptic. -

If it has a name that doesn't contain the words "Sci Fi, Alleyway, Hallway, Generic, Modern, Futuristic, Doorway, Tunnel, then your probably pretty good. -

Looking great, I really liked the ceiling material. Why not load it with a vehicle or a weapon really sci-fi, kind of an alien artifact maybe. -
