I once jumped my horse off a huge cliff in oblivion and watched as its limp body flopped down the hill, even though there wasnt really blood its still unnerving. PBR definitely isn't a style. Just a rendering method. Since it's used to make things more physically accurate, I assume what they mean is that it should be more realistic/accurate.
