this my first time to make a semi realistic head please tell me ur opinion and what i can do more to develop myself

If you have problem with some form just your face as reference .You can either use your fingers to the form or mirror to see it or take a multiple view shots of your face
Profile looks very weird to me you might want to check on that + neck proportion , brow and fat above the eye , ear angle , nasolabial folds and infraorbital triangle form , jaw line and masseter
Its a good attempt just need some adjustment
