Definitely check out the thread that ZacD linked. You're going to need to work with Post-Process shaders to get the look you want, or... you'd have to write up a custom shading model by coding your own addition to the UE4 source code, which I'm going to assume is beyond your knowledge and/or goals.

One more idea, albeit probably not worth the time and effort, would be a topology agnostic transfer mode. Basically something that can repeat the same UV manipulations done with one model for a changed variant of it, assuming the islands are at least roughly in the same spots.

It appears that this thing is able to do what it does because of QR codes. If those codes aren't placed on objects and walls, will it know what to do? It's got balance, but what else?
