Looking at some images of old forklifts, a few things stand out to me. 1) I think the edge wear is too prolific. You have it covering most edges very uniformly. Pretty good! The lighting seems off, too dark in the areas being directly lit. Take a look at your own ref photos for comparison, note how much brighter the areas hit by sunlight are. But the modeling and texturing are solid. -

More Progress, added some air vent fans, lit a bit, redid door since i wanted more detail in it. All textures are grey with AO, no specular either just using diffuse with 45 constant value. -
Another normal map issues thread - issues at seams - Maya LT
Baked in Maya LT 2018. Seen in Substance Painter. OpenGL format. I don't have any mirrored geometry. I double checked all of my face normals, and pressed "conform" just to be sure.
