100% But basically you will not be able to use the averaged verts/synced workflow for hard surface assets between Max and Unity.

Is the person in the video using 3D Coat? I'm not familiar with 3D Coat but this looks like your brush opacity is not at 100%.

set the self illumination to 100 and multiply the light map over the diffuse using either RGB multiply or a composite node.

Try this: Also make sure your texture diffuse map is on 100 and not lower, it will blend with your diffuse color otherwise.

Agreed with pior 100%. Although it's a simple step for the sculptor to create a few BlendSpace layers for concept vs production asset.

Check what your DPI scaling is set to in windows. For Toolbag (not sure about substance) it should generally be set to 100%.

love the hood and scarf, not 100% on the shoulder pads though :/ they look a bit to world of warcrafty compared to the rest of the guy imo.
