Haven't posted any work here in a while so I thought I would dump my latest high res model. This is a rolling cooler I'm creating for a company called Logo Chair.. I'll be creating the low res model later this week and I'll post my progress here. Let me know what you think.
Me, Mop and Tagheuer are all sitting here in the hotel lobby in San Fran. So far the event has been amazing and I took a cubic buttload of pictures to post when I get back. Gauss, Bobo, and Dark Horizon, you all should have come you SoB's. HOpe you enjoyed the message Gauss!

Hi, I got a strange problem when I try to chamfer some edges in 3D Studio Max. I got a logo I made in Illustrator, exported as 8th version .ai and then imported in Max. There I applied a shell modifier and then tried to chamfer the edges. Doing that I get this: What am I missing ?!
I've been trying to get my Quixel Suite working on my pc. I have photoshop 32.Bit and when launching the Suite, i get this error: Seems i cant even get the Suite to launch anything as soon as i click on their logo in the bar that pops up (Ndo, DDo, etc.). Anyone know a solution to this?
Yeah that's true. Still I imagine a well designed shield with the Polycount logo cleverly designed into it could work well. :) By the way if any of you voted for my shield I appreciate it! Here it is again if you haven't :P https://apps.facebook.com/darksoulsii/?gallery&action=view&id=1351
Did the first test texture with dDo for the canon itself today: I will add some srews or levels on the rear part, so it's a removable panel. Also have to update the Hyperion-Logo. The pistons should be round, but due to some baking issues they now appear cornerd.. which I like :)
Hello everyone! I'm still a bit early on with the texture. I'm really trying to nail the wood burn effect around the Gas Boy logo and the wear on the metal. If anyone has any thoughts on how I can really push the realism and believability on the texture I am all ears!
Thank you very much jramauri. I think you might be right, especially when it comes to making a silhouette. I'll probably paint them again and see if I can improve them. I've done just about everything in this logo at least twice trying to get it right. :)
Your hobo guy looks awesome, and as Jfeez said, the minimalist layout of your site is pleasant! I look forward to seeing more character work, and more real time stuff! Keep up the good work. As a suggestion, I would perhaps try a female character next, or an animal!
