Here's what the mr Architectural Material Round Corners thing looks like. Anyone remember f-edge? It was also a renderer-only solution. Might be too expensive for in-game use, not sure.
I am a fan of A or E, the center beak shape sells it for me. F could work too, but D I think would be too busy. Awesome work so far, subbing to this. =)

I can't reproduce here on 2018.4. Peel mode works perfectly. My guess is that it's because you're on 2017. That version absolutely f**cked the Unwrap modifier. Are you using the latest update?

I bought apple stock last year at ~180. it dropped to 160. I sold it and used the money to go to china for two weeks. the stock then dropped all the way to 70. f them.

@Creation: I use Maya haha and love that select objects feature. Some googling led me to this. http://scripts.subd.nl/?f=JHN_FaceSelector2.mcr seems to be some sort of macro. Hope it helps :(
