N-gons are illegal topology in ZB. It attempts to convert the mesh to a format it can read, but often fails to render it so it's best to do as mentioned above and pre-quad or triangulate it in Maya.
UV mapping in blender is much better then in 3dsmax.3dsmax just recently got uv mapping tools as powerful as blenders. Press "N" scroll down to display and change shading to "GLSL".
try taking the texture coordinate off of your brick texture. and if that doesnt work, try only using the brick and wall texture with the alpha in the diffuse only. unplug spec n normal.
Haha just had a fun game with crazyfingers :) . Playing on low level is fun again :P (got used to playing lvl 30 with runes being more important 'n stuff).

Saw this on Artist Old n' new! Looks good then and looks good now; though didn't see the full body shots! Did you sculpt the cloth or use marvelous designer?
