Max script batch process question

It's a pepper-box revolver. Can't really guess as to the manufacturer. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pepper-box *edit* Upon further review, I think it's a .36 cal Allen & Thurber, from the pre-Civil War US. Probably late 1830s-early 1840s. -

Does anybody know why the Sandbox doesn't recognize where the Resource Compiler is? I have the build location set up correctly and I have the RC files in my Bin32 folder of the editor. I am using Sandbox version 3.5.6 Build 1833. -
