Seems like you're sculpting in a fairly wide FOV, and having problems with perspective distortion. Agreed! A lot of the times, (and I suffer from this as well) when people approach hand painting contrast is lost. I always paint away and then add an adjustment layer which desaturates the image completely, when doing that to your image you can see how almost everything falls in the mid tones, there are no true darks or… -
