Have you got a link to something you want to make? Are you talking about cartoony style or are you talking about items just being destroyed and not aligned how they should be. Always make the parts separate and than attach them later. Don't try and make it all in one piece. -

When one talks about poly limit, it usually means triangles and not quads. Due to the math involved any geometry is converted to triangles anyway, be it quads, n-gons etc... So while technically 2 triangles are 2 polygons, it isn't relevant when talking about 3d geometry and polycount. -

i feel if you physically cant use your hand, and its not just a preference of doing it with one hand, your school would let you install extra software (helper software. probably not maya. lol) if you talked to them. talk to your program head about it. if they dont, they are assholes.... -

That feature is already there - it is the "post processing" feature I talked about. You have a large number of wildcards available that should mostly cover any situation. I talk about that in part 3 of the intro tour. you can also find a list of available wildcards there (I name them "Tokens"). -

I would love to talk about the char create stuff that I worked with on Rift, as it was my primary fous for pretty much my entire time there, but last time I opened my mouth about anything to do with it I got hit pretty hard with the 'stop talking about it' stick. -

It was awesome meeting PC people! I wish I got around to talk to more people though. I have a really hard time approaching anybody who is in a tight group already deep in conversation. So I probably talked to like 30% of the people :) . Shrug. Where was Parnell!?!? :P -

I haven't played it, but I thought it was interesting that Jack Black was promoting it on late night talk shows. Is this a first-time precedent? I don't watch talk shows anymore, but when was the last time you heard of an actor or comedian promoting a video game instead of their movie/tv special/album? -
