You dont need to export your photoshop files at all in unity. Just put your psd's in the Assets folder, and dont use transparency, create an 4th channel in photoshop which will be used as the alpha channel.
Have you been overwriting the original file? Try renaming it if you haven't, and perhaps clean out the custom folder to see if that does anything different for you. Beyond this, could I see a video of this happening?

ACK, sounds disgusting! Just an eeny teeny chance, is there a Macrovision folder on your hd ? You might have to destroy that for a reinstall. Just a chance. Good luck, 2010 was the reason I finally switched to 64bit.
i think i just saved half the images on your site to my inspiration folder. also i'm pretty sure dogs ARE carved out of plastic. also I can't wait to play this game
Is there a way in ZBrush to temporarily move a group of meshes (or folders) in their position and orientation? The meshes are part of a character and are positioned and rotated to fit exactly. However, their orientation is not ideal for modeling and editing. It would be great if the orientation and position could be reset…
