When is this supposed to be out? looks like its going in the right direction. I would like to see some gameplay elements and more about what the game intends to do with it. I expect great things from this tho. Awesome stuff.
What about the rest of Photoshop? May I see that as well? :) One thing to note: please ensure that this is a copy of PS sourced from the Creative Cloud application. Third-party versions of PS may result in incompatibility with the Suite's intended function.
Concept art looks gorgeous. Definitely very similar to Steel Battalion, as others have said. Not sure if it was intended, but the video you've put on your Indiegogo page mentions Kickstarter twice, rather than Indiegogo. Can't wait to see more.
Are your UVs disconnected at every face? Load up the OBJ in max and double check that your UVs are welded together as you originally intended (it seems very common for this to happen between 3dsmax and zbrush unless you export a certain way)
SasoChicken-yeah I went crazy with sharpen filter Harry-I'll fix that pior-Thanks, I only intend to make this a high poly model. I'm still fine tuning, and adding textures. next post he will look better.
I've only started the interior for the train I've been working on. Here's where tonight leaves it. I'm intending to texture the high-poly fully and bake the maps directly from that .... for fun of course. Designing as I go so changes are likely.
if you comfortable with sharing your file it will be helpful in exploring the issue. otherwise answering some questions could help. What is the intended behavior ? what does the target look like? is the goal for eyes to rotate or are they supposed to change shape?
Who said he was baking it down? But yeah, you're right. However, adam did the same thing with his atom bomb (no pun intended). If it's just for presentation, and not actually baking it, then by all means, subtle detail is awesome! :D
@artofmars, I guess I can see that water dragon vibe you see. And of course, I intend to make it all part of the same UV space. @pongstah, that's a good way to make sure everything is aligned properly.
The goblin was intended to seem childish. The zombie is not supposed to be childish, but does have extended arms and neck (so it can swipe at and bite the player more easily) I'll post some clips of gameplay when the animations are finished. In the meantime...
