I have mine set to CTRL+Q (and W for Ring) and it works without problems...do you, by any chance, have 'Keyboard Shortcut Override Toggle' on? If so, your hotkey might work in editable Poly, but not in the edit Poly Modifier.

idk if this your exact issue but it looks to me like a mipping problem combined w/ a white BG. does your diffuse have plenty of padding? again im not a maya user so I dont know if this is a standard issue with maya.
How does the stock Modo modeling tools compare to Maya LT w/ MEL? I'm trying to figure out which route to go. I've heard modo's tools are best in class, but I've also heard a lot of that rely's on scripts.
I think you'll get different responses for that question. I like to put my spec map in the spec color slot. I've also seen spec maps come in both b/w versions and muted color versions as well.
Done from a photo ref from one of Ben Mathis' photos. I hate the coloring as it was done in B&W and colored later. I never like the results of that technique, but I suppose there's a good enough reason to practice it some more.
Um.. does LV have.. Alcohol w/ nude? touching? (yes you can touch them , no pink or stink touching tho') full nudity? Spine meltn' East bloc acents? How did a thread about sites get to this?
Here are some screenshots of a Dagger that I've been working on a few days ago. The model itself is 1060 Tris total w/ the normals bake on from the high poly model. Will render in Unreal Engine 4 later on. Feedback is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Is there a way in max to use the actual opacity of an image (ie. areas where there is no paint) to work like a b&w alpha in the viewport? So paint = solid, no paint = see through. If not natively, maybe with a a 3rd party shader?
