I listen to nearly everyone mentioned. 1Up FM is the new podcast on the site to replace the EGM podcast, and it seems to be off to a good start although very dry. I also recommend the Totally Rad Show.
Hey, Pixologic just put up my last of us cloth sculpting video... Hope you guys dig it.... Let me know if you guys have any questions! http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?182967-Naughty-Dog-UGM-Extended&p=1062029#post1062029
Actually, since I posted that, I've upgraded my video card, because my old video card didn't support my dual monitors properly (didn't want to run one on VGA). So, I can play it smoothly now.
@Spoon, check out this for cloth sculpting tips. There's plenty more around but I'm a massive fan of The Last of Us and all the other work Naughty Dog do. http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?182967-Naughty-Dog-UGM-Extended&p=1062029#post1062029
Ive read that the new 30" Samsung kicks ass, its about 1400eur where i live. I even tought about buying it but it only has Dual-DVI input so i cant plug my Xbox360s VGA into it directly -.-
no, no, no. ds9 TOS ENT TNG VGR first contact the voyage home the wrath of khan/the search for spock the undiscovered country insurrection nemesis generations final frontier slow-motion picture this is the correct order. this i command.
one way would be the repeat brush... adjust the stamp spacing and turn on steady stroke... there are some stitch VDMs on the community... http://area.autodesk.com/mudlife/stamps?tf=5& but i have to say zbrush is much better in such things... :(
I don't know, I guess it's not for everyone, but I've actually really liked my yiynova msp19u. Most complaints about it seem trivial and not related to how well it actually draws (like screen resolution and vga cord)

RITCHMEN its definitely valid choice. for me the selling point of mudbox is the UI, layer system, painting tools and vdm (vector displacement map). even with zbrush with 64bit it still cannot handle as much polygons on a single mesh than mudbox, given that you have the hardware for it.
