Hey guys, I've been working on a small script to make my workflow a little faster at work. It's a multi .CNT (custom format) exporter. I want it to export to the defined path using the model name as file name. eg, C\Users\Greentooth\Desktop\Box001.CNT and repeat this for every selected model in the scene. I've been playing…
Hello fellow peeps, I'm currently retopologizing my game character and I'm kind of puzzled how to structure the topology to display the muscles properly. My goal would be something like this: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/9md2RQ…
Hi, we are currently working on a high volume project with 3D Scanned Assets (all of the same type), and looking for 3D-Artists who are experienced in scan refinement, texture post and working in a very organized structure. Software of use is up to you, as long as the technical requirements are fulfilled. Automatization is…
Started laying out some basic bark, sorry that i keep updating the most minuscule things, i'm trying to document the progress a bit. all i need now is to refine and define.
good to see you picked it back up. The hands could use some refinement, and i would define more of a wrist. Right now it looks like his arm flows directly into his hand.
ok I refined the back muscles and a little bit on the front area. josh.0, what do you mean by my shapes dont look confident? like defined in the sculpt or stand out-ish?
I'm currently working on Westward, a multiplayer 2D online game where the players have to collaborate to conquer and settle a continent. Here is the link to a still very basic yet functional demo. I seek the help of artist(s) to help define the artistic style of the game. At a high level, this would involve deciding…
Quick question for everyone: What are the things NDO and DDO look at to determine where the edges of a model are? So that, for example, masks can start and end near the edges of the model for something like a light scratch mask? I'm having trouble getting DDO to recognize the edges on a simple model I'm testing with, and…
Hey topher, nice start, but I think her cheeks need some loving....Study some reference and refine the buttock area, right now it's not defined and looks a little sqaushed. What platform are you developing the character for?
I think without the description, it's difficult to tell what's going on. Even then, the tiny details that really define the surfaces are missing. I'd work on refining the larger shapes and introducing more colors. Try to get the description into the actual painting itself.
